Tommy began surveying in 1989 and joined McCarty Associates in 1993 as a Survey Crew Chief and Survey Project Manager for the Surveying Department. He held that position for 11 years before relocating to Florida and later South Carolina, where he continued as a Survey Crew Chief with other firms. Tommy returned to McCarty Associates in 2015, bringing 25 years of surveying experience, including extensive knowledge of practices and procedures for boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction surveying. Tommy is a Certified Survey Technician Level IV Field Manager.
