Mike began working for McCarty Associates in 2000 as a Survey Crew Technician. With previous experience in the automotive industry, he also serves as our fleet manager ensuring all survey crews get to and from project sites quickly and efficiently. In 2007, Mike was promoted to Survey Crew Chief.
