Dallas joined the firm in 2020 and now serves as a project manager for various architectural projects. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati’s DAAP program in 2015, followed by a Master of Architecture from Miami University in 2017. During college, he completed co-ops at several Cincinnati architecture firms and one in Newport Beach, California. After graduation, he began his career at a large Cincinnati firm, where he spent four years as a project designer specializing in school building projects. Dallas recently passed the Architecture Registration Exams, becoming a Licensed Architect, and in 2024, he became a managing member of McCarty's.
