Courtney graduated from North Adams High School in 2016. She then attended the University of Cincinnati Clermont College, earning her Associate of Arts degree in 2022. Currently, she attends the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning program, actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. In addition to her primary focus, Courtney is concurrently working towards a minor in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati's College of Engineering and Applied Science. Set to complete both degrees simultaneously, she anticipates graduation in Spring 2025.
In the fall of 2022, Courtney joined the firm as an Architectural Designer, contributing to and collaborating on various architectural projects. Looking ahead, she has decided to progress her knowledge by pursuing a Master's degree in Architecture. Post-graduation, Courtney plans to take the Architect Registration Exams, marking the beginning of her professional journey as a licensed architect.
