Office fit-out for a client in Chillicothe, Ohio. The existing historic structure was sold to a new owner without the benefit of existing drawings. Our architecture staff 3D scanned the entire building, developed existing drawings, and then designed a modern office space for Northwest Title, and also future planning for future tenants.
